How do I change my address?
As a PSR subscriber, it's easy to handle this online at Customer Care. Please email us at PSRservice@aol.com . Please give us your old address and new address. Address changes are the subscriber's responsibility to send in the changes. We can only maintain what YOU give us!
NOTE: The PSR is NOT responsible for missing issues due to you not sending in your address change. Go to the JOIN page and order the missing issues.
When does my subscription expire?
Check your magazine address label. Look on the second line of the address label. It will have a S07Pxxxx, SU07Pxxxx, F07Pxxxx or W07Pxxxx, type number.
The S07Pxxxx subscription expires Spring of 2007 (the last issue you will receive).
The SU07Pxxxx subscription expires Summer of 2007 (the last issue you will receive).
The F07Pxxxx subscription expires Fall of 2007 (the last issue you will receive).
The W07Pxxxx subscription expires Winter (Jan. 20th 2008) (the last issue you will receive).
We will sent out the renewal notice at the appropriate time. We appreciate your prompt renewal of the first notice.
Does my address label show a paid subscription?
The expiration date on your label may not indicate your subscription is paid. There is sometimes a delay between the renewal update and the printer preparing the labels for mailing the magazines. To avoid these problems, please renew when we send you the first renewal notice.
When does my first issue arrive?
After we receive your new magazine order, we send the first issue in 8-10 weeks. If you've waited 8-10 weeks without receiving anything, tell us about it at Customer Care, please email us at PSRservice @aol.com Your patience is appreciated. And rest assured that you will get the full number of issues you ordered, starting with the first one you receive.
Can I order gift subscriptions?
Yes. Magazines have become increasingly popular as gift ideas. They are great for friends, co-workers, family and young people. We will send, at no charge, a gift card in your name to the recipient.
How do I get a missing issue replaced?
PSR is published and mailed -- mid March for our Spring issue, mid June for our Summer issue, mid September for our Fall issue. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the above dates for mail delivery. If you don't receive an issue by these dates plus 4-6 weeks, let us know. We'll either extend your subscription an extra issue or replace the missing issue (supplies permitting). When you notify us, please have your magazine address label handy (we need your name, address and account number). Tell us about it at Customer Care, please email us at PSRservice @aol.com .

How can I stop getting duplicate issues?
If you are getting two copies of the same issue, please notify us. We need the account numbers from both magazine address labels as well as your name and address. Tell us about it at Customer Care, please email us at PSRservice @aol.com .
What do I do about a damaged issue?
Please tell us right away which issue was damaged and return the damaged issue to us at: PSR PO Box 159, Carrollton, GA 30112. We'll send a replacement if supplies permit.
Where can I buy a back issue?
You can order back copies at $5.50 U.S. each plus shipping on the JOIN page.
Why did I get another bill when I just paid?
If you are getting duplicate bills, or think your payment crossed in the mail with our bill, please disregard the current notice. If it happens twice then please email us at PSRservice @aol.com
